Where Thoughtful Finally Becomes Easy
I have loved giving gifts and writing handwritten notes for as long as I can remember, and I collect journals and pretty stationery like I'm single-handedly funding the entire industry. Years of planning celebrations, including a stretch as a Celebrations Manager where our whole motto was "celebrate everything," taught me that one thoughtful gesture at the right moment can change how someone feels about their entire day.
